Steps I left in the cities

It's been a while since I set my foot on Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a year maybe? I really miss traversing alone in the hustle and bustle city from afternoon to night, snapping pictures along the path that I took. Although I am shooting alone back then, it was still so much fun. When I'm holding my camera, my eyes are constantly fixated on different things, from people across the street to neon lights hanging on the lamp posts, from whizzing cars on the road to architectures of the city. The action of finding things to shoot and actively composing photos calms my mind, my eyes peeking through the optical viewfinder of my DSLR was the refuge from my heavy assignments and various tests. The serenity is just...pure, probably exclusive to myself and unfathomable by other souls, just my humble opinion. But again I do wish to experience a different galaxy through the lens of my camera, my lust for another carefully crafted exposure had reminded me it is the high time to tread onto the streets once again.
How I miss street photography.
